COVID-19 LATEST INFORMATION

What measures are you taking to keep customers safe?
We take the safety of our customers and ourselves very seriously. With the use of an appointment system we will be limiting the number of customers in the workshop every day and ensuring that no more than a maximum of two people from one household is visiting at any one time. A full cleaning routine is in place, so that surfaces are wiped down after every customer visit. This includes all frequently touched surfaces. I will also be washing my hands after handling each order. At times I may also be wearing masks and are very happy if customers visiting the workshop also choose to wear masks and/or gloves and practice social distancing. Gloves will be worn whilst handing over finished work.

What happens when I visit?

  • Please do not visit if you are unwell, have any COVID-19 symptoms or are currently self-isolating.

  • The workshop door will remain open to increase ventilation.

  • Please check that there are no other customers inside and if there are, please wait outside, or in your car until they have left.

  • The customer area will be sectioned off for your safety, please do not come beyond this area. If you are collecting work I will have this ready prior to your arrival. This will be unwrapped and shown to you, and then rewrap it before you leave. Whenever artwork is handled on arrival, or completed work at collection, gloves will be worn.

  • Cash payments are still being accepted, but would prefer card or internet banking if that is possible.

  • There is a hand sanitiser dispenser and gloves available for customers to use.
